We had the chef tasting menu last night at Mike Isabella's DC Graffiato (opened last Thursday) that included polenta bread with olive oil jam, cheese plate, honey glazed cippolini, scallop soffrito, truffle duck egg fontina pizza, sweet corn agnoletti, escarole salad, spiced beets, mozarella with fava bean relish, carrot panna cotta. Fantastic meal.
As many of you know, we have been redoing out kitchen. We think our Viking Induction Range will be installed next week. It has been 2.5 months since we have had a kitchen to cook in. Menu ideas for that first meal are welcomed.
