We had the chef tasting menu last night at Mike Isabella's DC Graffiato (opened last Thursday) that included polenta bread with olive oil jam, cheese plate, honey glazed cippolini, scallop soffrito, truffle duck egg fontina pizza, sweet corn agnoletti, escarole salad, spiced beets, mozarella with fava bean relish, carrot panna cotta. Fantastic meal.
Forgot to mention that we started with prosecco on tap and had excellent wine pairings selected by Jason Awad, Service Director.
